COMMISSION PRICES & EXAMPLES

Please note I now use patterns, gradients or simple illustrations for headshot & full-body commission backgrounds.
Examples with stock imagery backgrounds were personal art or gifts for friends, except for the Reference Sheets section.
Additional characters are +50% if on the same canvas and full price if on a 2nd canvas.

  • Budget Commissions

  • Working with a tight budget? No problem! Have a look at these lower-priced options

  • Symmetrical Headshot/Icon: $6USD

  • Grayscale Full-body: $18USD

  • Simple Reference Sheet: $30USD

  • Buy 2 of any type and get the 2nd at 50% of starting price (2 Icons, 2 Fullbodies etc)

  • Complex characters may increase the price by $5

  • Budget Comms are not shaded

  • Headshot / Icon

  • $10USD

  • Complex characters go up to $15USD

  • Add a 2nd character on the same canvas for +50% of starting price

  • A minimum of 3 design drafts will be given

  • Starting price will include a reference sheet of 1 full-body, 1 headshot, colour palette, name, and optional 3-5 bullet points

  • More than 2 revisions/changes to chosen draft design +$10

  • Comic page

  • Complete with backgrounds, lighting and dialogue

  • 3 Panels with 2 characters: starting at $60USD

  • 4 Panels with 2 characters: starting at $70USD

  • 5 panels with 2 characters: starting at $80USD

  • Character references must be supplied upfront

  • Includes book covers/ social media posts/ merchandise designs/ photo editing/ magazine spreads/ logos etc.

Terms of Service

  • WILL draw: Most animals, Anthros, Humans, Monsters, Gore

  • WILL NOT draw: NSFW, Mecha

  • I retain the right to refuse any commission request.

  • Do NOT affiliate my artwork with cryptocurrency/ NFTs/ AI art Generators. You will be blocked and reported.

  • All payments must be done via PayPal in USD. Trinidadian nationals may pay via online bank transfer in TTD.

  • 1-2 clear reference images of the subject must be sent before I agree to work on the comm (with the exception of Customs).

  • Commissioned art is for personal use i.e as profile pictures, banners etc. EXCEPT for graphic design work. Commercial use rules will be discussed during artwork creation.

  • If reposting to your socials, I must be credited as either SketchM45 or Anne Williams.

  • Payment must be received once I complete the sketch of your commission.

  • Payment plans can be discussed for prices >$50USD.

  • No major changes to the artwork will be made once colouring has started. Please be upfront about changes you want before the line art phase or an additional fee will be charged.

  • All Headshots and Full-bodies are sent as PNGs with a simple background. If you prefer a JPG or no background, let me know.

  • I will send WIPs along the way to show my progress and the High Quality image(s) will be sent when the art is completed.

  • HOW TO ORDER

  • Fill out the Google Form linked above.

  • Be sure to have your character references and art idea in mind when I reply to your request.

  • REFUND POLICY

  • All commissions have a turnaround time of 1 week - 3 months, but are prioritized over all art except Webtoon pages and/or Freelance Graphic Design projects.

  • If I exceed that timeframe/cancel the comm, a full refund will be given.

  • If you would like to cancel a commission, please give me a reason and I will offer a refund depending on the progress already made on the art:

  • If lineart has been completed: 50% Refund

  • If colouring has been completed: No refund due to late cancellation

  • I will send you a watermarked version of the incomplete artwork, but you/any other artist are not allowed to 'finish' it.
